About Tabi
I’m Tabi, lover of travel, getting into nature and health and fitness.
With a passion for nourishing food and moving in a way that feels good, I believe wholeheartedly in an alternate, holistic approach to wellness that honors the mind, body and spirit.
After being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, an eating disorder, Endometriosis and overcoming numerous physical and mental health challenges, I learnt the importance of living a life of wellness, in a way that is true to me.
